Driveway 2013

Wow! What a year for snow & flooding! Our driveway has been awful this year. There were a few times I couldn't get up the hill and was stuck at home. We spent a lot of time ditching and then harrowing the driveway. I even got to ride the harrow too. Oh and this was the first year I did snow clearing with the quad. No more babies in this house so I have much more freedom! Now April 29 & 30 we got snow! Ridiculous.
The flooding at houses around here has been crazy. Animal rescue had to rescue a horse by boat because the land it was on was so flooded, it looks like a lake. Another house built a make shift raft and it looks like that's how they get from their house to the hwy. another takes a gator back and forth. It's been quite the year.

Eden being Stacey again

She put about three skirts around her neck, a bodysuit around a leg and whatever else she thought looked good. Quite the outfit!

Crime Stoppers Poster contest

Livia won third place in the crime stoppers poster contest. She won $30 and was so excited! And after all the pictures I noticed one pant leg was out of her boot and one wasn't!

Fondue time

Haven't had a fondue in a long time... Last was the stabbing incident of winter of 2007, dark grey skies, an eerie haze over the city and an inexperienced fonduer! Lol! Actually we can't remember the date or anything but we'll always remember the last time we fondued as Chris stabbed himself and still has the scar!
This time we just had a mini fire burst but nothing too bad.

Eden's eye appointment

Another eye appointment for Eden. So she will definitely be going for surgery. We'll have one more appointment in October then will set the date.

Sloppy days

Gramma Rena stayed out for a week in April. Kaiya was hell bent on throwing snowballs and wanting to put snow down our backs. I don't think she realized she was messing with a very able bodied Gramma! Kai took off into the extremely deep snow to get away from gramma but gramma followed her! It was priceless and Kaiya got a lot of snow put everywhere!

Raine's 5th birthday

Raine got her ears pierced for her birthday. I wish I would've took a picture when they were doing it. The lady shot the first one through and Raines eyes got huge and stunned looking! It was actually pretty funny. I don't think she expected it to hurt like it did.
I felt like I had a crazy week of cake with eden's bday, Chris' bday and Raines bday at home and school. I am glad I have a month in between the next craziness of our May birthdays.

Terrence's bday party

Terrence had a mechanical bull, shooting range, roping and barrel racing at his party. It was a great time!

Eden's 3rd birthday

Another quiet birthday for Miss Eden. She wanted banana cake with pink icing, though Kaiya did her best to make her pick ice cream cake. Danny & Marie came over for cake and presents. I pulled out some old Dora hats (had a "wow I'm not going to need these things again cause no one will want a Dora bday party again") and Eden loved wearing the hats. She even wore the hat the next day and had cake for breakfast!
